LH rises to tell the body that it is time to ovulate and surges 24-36 hours before the release of an egg. If you donā€™t see this surge, you probably took the test at the wrong time, ovulated early or late, or are experiencing an anovulatory cycle. Rarely, however, your baseline LH level may be high or low ... Haha! Don't even ask when I start xmas prep. Still camping but I lost my group for a bit. My temp was pretty consistent this morning. I missed my alarm but the birds woke me up. Using the OPK in the camp bathroom was an experience but it was darker from the day before though still not a clear positive. CS/Q: I'm glad I started temping and using ...I got my bfp yesterday (yay!!) and If I'm reading my opk/bbt chart right, that's 10dpo. That seems early... does that mean I'm more likely to have twins? Or am i reading it wrong, and I have my dpo wrong? i had a cp last cycle so I'm not sure if that made it wonky.photos: my bfp from yesterday, my bbt...Sep 16, 2011 Ā· The egg could drop anywhere from 12-48+ hours after you get your last +OPK. Oct 20, 2021 Ā· If you have fertile cervical mucus but no rise in temperature, it could be that you're not ovulating. While fertile quality cervical mucus can warn you that ovulation is coming, so you can time sex for pregnancy, it doesn't confirm that ovulation actually took place. You can have fertile quality cervical mucus, but not ovulate. Dec 15, 2017 Ā· Hi All. Husband and I started TTC mid oct 2017. Came off oral contraceptives in 1st week of Oct 2017. Have started using OPK and BBT this cycle (currently on cd16 and last cycle was 29 days, previous cycle was 23 days) but still havent had a positive OPK result (clear blue pink tests) which i check first thing in the morning as the pack tells you to. BBT is strictly a morning temperature, right after waking and before getting out of bed. Because of this, itā€™s normal for your temp to be higher later in the day. Body temperature is very sensitive to movement, eating, and basically every other external factor, which is why itā€™s so important to test first thing in the morning after being at ...Personally I do both. Opk predicts BBT confirms. Of the two I like bbt more. I donā€™t find it difficult at all, but Iā€™m still ttc#1 so no one wakes me up at night. Thought the temp would go up today for O yesterday but it went down so I'm hoping O today for pretty good timing. Ideally, you should use one that is accurate to 1/10th (98.6) of a degree if you measure in Fahrenheit or 1/100th (37.00) of a degree in Celsius. Use the same thermometer throughout the cycle. If you buy a new one, start using it on day one of the next cycle. Taking your BBT is not too hard.Jun 20, 2022 Ā· Personally I do both. Opk predicts BBT confirms. Of the two I like bbt more. I donā€™t find it difficult at all, but Iā€™m still ttc#1 so no one wakes me up at night. Just set an alarm for the same time every morning and keep the thermometer and your phone or a pencil beside the BBT is more "accurate" in that it is the only of the two that will actually confirm that you've ovulated. Unfortunately, it only tells you after the fact. It is possible to get a +OPK and not ovulate, which is why OPKs are not always accurate. I would recommend using both--Use OPKs until you get a +, then have sex every day (if possible) until ...Yes absolutely. If you took the photo 4 times it would probably spit out 4 different numbers šŸ˜‚ realistically the numbers donā€™t mean anything, all youā€™re looking for is a positive OPK, where the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. .
